We'll be gathering in person for our Autumn Equinox Activation and Celebration at the Retreat Center at Cedar Valley in West Bend, WI. We'll be focusing on entering the energy of autumn which is about taking harvest of what's going on in our lives and letting go of that which no longer serves us, so that we have more room to create the life we want. This magical space that honors nature is nestled in the heart of Washington County, surrounded by 100 acres of natural beauty. You will find inspiration as Ana Maria takes you through the flow of connecting deeply with nature while walking the labyrinth, hearing nature's messages while sitting in stillness at the water's edge, and participating in ceremony and intuitive readings around the sacred fire.
Receive inspiration at the labyrinth
Coming together with other like hearted souls allows us to amplify our intentions and what we are calling in for manifestation. The energy of the labyrinth works with physical and non-physical energy and is a powerful manifestation tool.
Group meditation in nature with the music of the plants
The power of coming together increases our resonance. We will be connecting with the element of water as well as the plants in our group meditation sitting by the water's edge.
Autumn Equinox Fire Ceremony
We'll gather around the sacred fire for an autumn equinox activation ceremony. You will receive clear guidance for your life with live Intuitive Readings around the fire. After the ceremony we will celebrate with s'mores!
Since we will be on the move during our time together, the retreat center catering staff will put together a wrap, fruit, chips, a granola bar, and a cookie for each participant included in your registration. Please be sure to bring a beverage and/or a reusable water bottle.

Multi-Sensory Animal & Nature Intuitive
An educator, trainer, shamanic practitioner, and intuitive energy tracker. Ana Maria is a natural energy reader, an interpreter of sorts, and she lifts the veil between what’s happening in the 3D world and the energetic patterns behind it. Ana Maria has a profound connection with nature & animals and specializes in working with them because they act as mirrors to our inner landscape and help us make shifts that on our own we wouldn’t do. Ana Maria is also a certified Intuitive Strategist and serves on the faculty of the Academy for the Soul. Ana Maria’s prayer and intention is to BE of service and that prayer was the impetus for the creation of the Here We Grow Again webinar series.
James Spehler, Master Glass Sculptor
James has a profound spiritual connection with nature and wildlife. Living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado has given him knowledge and a deep appreciation for wildlife and their habitat. He is continually exploring the forests, mountains, and rivers, enjoying the solitude and closeness with the Earth. These times of exploration provide important insights for his art and his own personal expansion. Glass wildlife sculptures by James are one of a kind. Each piece is handcrafted by melting solid glass rods in the intense flame of a torch. The hot glass is sculpted through the use of primitive hand tools. Molds are never used. The resulting sculpture captures and infuses the energy, vitality and beauty of nature, in addition to James's immense love for the nature he studies.
