Retreat Participant Waiver & Release
As valued members of our Renewal Hot Springs Retreat, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about the terms and conditions of your participation. Please review the following agreement, which outlines important details regarding your involvement in the retreat organized by Ana Maria Vasquez.
Retreat Overview:
- Name of Retreat: Renewal Hot Springs Retreat
- Organizer: Ana Maria Vasquez
- Retreat Location: Joyful Journey Hot Springs
Retreat Activities:
- Honoring and connecting with the spirits of water, the directions, the mountains and stone beings, the plant beings, animal and tree totems, and the higher self.
- Theme: Renewal
- Mission: "to allow the healing waters to uplift the spirits and open the hearts of all that come, so they may remember who they are, where they came from, and what they came to do."
No Refund Policy: All reservations for the Renewal Hot Springs Retreat are final and non-refundable. Once you secure your spot, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the activities involved. These risks may result in physical, emotional, or other harm, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Covenant Not to Sue: You agree not to initiate any lawsuit or legal action against the Organizer for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat. You waive any right to hold the Organizer liable, regardless of negligence or omission.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer from any legal claims or demands arising from your participation in the retreat, including attorney's fees.
Photo/Images/Video Release: You grant the Organizer and its affiliates the right to use and publish photographs, images, or videos of you taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. You waive any right to compensation or ownership of such materials.
Representations: You affirm that you are over 18 years of age and are emotionally, medically, and physically capable of participating in the retreat.
Governing Law: This Retreat Waiver shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado County.
By registering for the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Retreat Participant Waiver & Release. You voluntarily waive any right to hold the Organizer liable for any harm or injury that may occur during the Retreat.
